This website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, an interruption for technical maintenance reasons may be decided by Seeded, which will then endeavor to communicate the dates and times of the intervention to users in advance.

Any unauthorized use of the website or any of its elements will be considered as constituting infringement and will be pursued in accordance with the provisions of articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
article 6 | Limitation of liability
Seeded shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages caused to the user’s equipment when accessing seeded.app, resulting either from the use of equipment that does not meet the specifications indicated in Article 4, or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility. Seeded shall also not be liable for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the seeded.app website. Interactive spaces (opportunity to ask questions in the contact area) are available to users. Seeded reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content posted in these spaces that would violate applicable laws in France, particularly regarding data protection. If necessary, Seeded also reserves the right to question the civil and/or criminal liability of the user, especially in cases of messages of a racist, defamatory, or pornographic nature, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).

In France, personal data is particularly protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.
During the use of the seeded.app website, data may be collected: the URL of the links through which the user accessed the seeded.app website, the user’s access provider, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the user.
